MyToons - YouTube for Cartoons

MyToons, which is currently in private beta, is an impressive new video and image-sharing site for cartoons. You can upload your own videos and artwork, and find the most viewed, top rated, most discussed and most recent media in these sections.

Mytoons.com is also a place to create personal pages like myspace in order to connect and communicate with like-minded artists from all over the world. Since the site is free and the viewer so smooth, this should be a great new hot spot to find new artists.

I really like the “communication” aspect of MyToons and all the different types/genres of animation. Every time I’ve signed on, I’ve found something new.

I saw some interesting animations on the site. The player is sharp and amazingly quick too, i agree. It looks like they are still in beta. It will be interesting to see what revisions will be made when they are no longer testing it out.
